What You'll Do
Hygiene appointments are more than routine cleanings.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Build lasting relationships with your patients
- Provide preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic hygiene care
- Perform periodontal charting, scaling and root planning, and periodontal maintenance
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
- Educate patients in a compassionate, judgment-free way
- Partner closely with Dr. Matt to identify oral health concerns and help patients understand their treatment options
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation
- Provide seamless handoffs to the front office for future appointments and check outs
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
