- We do not routinely ask our hygienists to clock out during downtime. Instead, we value your expertise—whether you're writing clinical notes, preparing for daily huddles, or contributing to team discussions.
- When your schedule is full, we provide an extra hour of paid admin time to complete documentation and follow-ups.
- Our philosophy is quality over quantity:
o Dentists see one patient at a time—never double-booked.
o Hygiene checks are thoughtful, never rushed.

What You'll Do
- Attend Morning Huddle
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments,Itero Scans and Zoom Whitening .
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall health
- Take and review digital X-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the dental team for comprehensive top tier care
