Full-Time Nanny / House Manager / Personal Assistant

 

Position: We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our household as a Full-Time Nanny, Cook, Cleaner, and Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes initiative, and values consistency and responsibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide attentive, nurturing childcare in a safe and loving environment
  • Prepare healthy meals for children and family (must be comfortable with cooking)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed home
  • Handle daily and weekly cleaning duties, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying
  • Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and household inventory management
  • Organize and maintain closets, drawers, pantry, and other storage spaces
  • Manage a daily/weekly schedule for the household and help maintain routines
  • Track and remember tasks without constant reminders
  • Support personal and professional organization, including managing appointments, to-do lists, and light admin tasks
  • Be present, consistent, and reliable—no last-minute call-ins or absenteeism

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Extremely reliable, punctual, and committed
  • Naturally organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent memory and ability to follow through on tasks without being reminded
  • Must be proactive and efficient, always looking for ways to help
  • Positive attitude and ability to stay focused—even on tough days
  • Must be willing to work when mildly sick (when safe to do so, of course)
  • Previous nannying, household management, or assistant experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay calm under pressure
  • Trustworthy, respectful, and professional in all situations

 

 

Bonus if you have:

 

  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Culinary skills or passion for healthy cooking
  • Experience organizing systems (closets, paperwork, digital files, etc.)
