Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Experience with treatment planning, scheduling patients, check-in/out, answering phones, insurance verification, and claims is a plus
- Willing to travel locally to our sister locations in Pleasant View and South Ogden as needed
