Dental Front Desk Locust Grove

Our ideal candidate is a professional with a positive attitude and reliable since you will be the only front desk. Small office and slow pace. Common sense is necessary to complete the tasks and duties in our office. You will work with a wide variety of patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking, have excellent/strong/solid communication skills and will contribute a helpful and positive attitude to our work environment. Strong work ethic and a high regard for patient confidentiality are a must. We're looking for a dedicated, long term employee who we can trust, and who will bring a positive personality to our practice to maintain existing patients while also working within our current systems and protocol to increase new patient flow. Must have great phone skills and welcoming personality.

Requirements:

Experience in Dental front desk. Dentrix experience preferred but not necessary.

Experience in Treatment planning and estimating copays, efficient scheduling, checking in and out patients. Understand Dental Insurances and do treatment planning and financial arrangements is a MUST. Self-motivated, patient oriented, professional and competent attitude at all times.

Strong communication skills, including writing skills and ability to speak English well in front of patients and on the phone. Open to learn new systems.
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday. Schedule is 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
