We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team here in Fort Lee, NJ. No experience necessary. We will train you from the ground up. What matters most to us is who you are: dependable, eager to learn, mesh well with our team, and in it for the long term. We are a multi-specialty practice, so you will get exposure to a wide range of procedures and truly grow your skills over time.

Daily activities include:
- Warmly greeting and seating patients
- Chairside assisting across a range of procedures: cleanings, fillings, crowns, surgeries, and more
- Turning over chairs and prepping operatories between patients
- Opening and closing the office
- Sterilization, autoclave, and instrument prep
- Ordering, unpacking, and organizing supplies
A successful candidate looks like:
- Reliability above all: you show up, on time, every time
- A genuine team player who supports the people around them
- Detail-oriented and able to follow systems and instructions accurately
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
- Not required to take x-rays
What this role is NOT:
This is not a short-term or transitional position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, not use this as a quick stop along the way.
