Practice Overview:
- Two office locations with 6 operatories each.
- Collaborative team including owner and associate providers.
- Fee-for-service model with limited insurance participation (Delta Dental).

- Weekly meetings and structured onboarding for clinical alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related care as appropriate.
- Maintain consistency in treatment planning and patient communication.
- Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members across both locations.
- Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New Hampshire dental license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Open to coaching and collaboration within a team environment.

Salary : $200,000 - $400,000
