Position Overview
We are seeking experienced General Dentists who are passionate about both patient care and education. This position offers a unique model that blends private practice dentistry with real-world clinical teaching. Providers deliver comprehensive care while mentoring a small group of students (up to four at a time) who gain hands-on training in an authentic private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.
- Mentor and supervise students during live clinical cases.
- Collaborate with multi-specialty providers to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
- Utilize state-of-the-art digital technology, including CBCT and 3D printing systems.
- Participate in continuing education and digital workflow training.
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible North Carolina dental license.
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Passion for mentorship, leadership, and advancing patient care through education.
