Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for endodontic conditions.
- Utilize advanced imaging and digital technology to support diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with general dentists and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program.
- Active Vermont dental license (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required.
- Strong proficiency in all aspects of endodontics including anterior, premolar, and molar root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
