- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist with front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
- Perform clerical duties such as organizing files, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in front desk operations or as a medical/dental receptionist is advantageous.
