Duties

- Schedule patient appointments, organize meetings, and calendar management for staff members using digital tools like Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing, document proofreading, and record keeping
- Handle correspondence via email, phone, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Provide personal assistant support as needed
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, data entry, proofreading, and document management
