We are a Dental Implant Center seeking a motivated individual with strong sales instincts and a desire to grow in the dental field. No dental experience is required — full training is provided by experienced dental sales professionals.
This role includes calling leads, scheduling patients, welcoming them to the office, and presenting treatment plans. Bonuses are offered for patient show rates and treatment acceptance (case closing).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to leads and convert them into scheduled appointments
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments
- Answer and handle all incoming calls
- Work on referrals and schedule referred patients
- Meet and greet patients upon arrival
- Retrieve and respond to voicemail messages daily
- Assist patients with questions regarding procedures (training provided)
- Enter and update patient information in the system
- Provide basic treatment presentation (training provided)
- Other office duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Strong sales background preferred — ideal for candidates from: Car dealerships, Insurance sales, Mattress stores, Appliance/electronics retail, High-volume or commission-based retail
- Bilingual English/Spanish — REQUIRED
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Comfortable with phone communication and computer entry
- Dental terminology knowledge is a plus, but not required
