Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and other preventive treatments with precision and care
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Take intra-oral and extra oral xrays using digital sensors
- Educate patients on proper dental care practices, oral hygiene techniques, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) using Eaglesoft, ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
- Follow infection prevention protocols, including aseptic techniques and infection control measures, to ensure patient safety
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with the state of Minnesota regulations
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Ability to perform dental x-ray procedures safely and accurately
- Excellent communication skills for client education and team collaboration
- Knowledge of healthcare infection prevention, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
