Dental Health Associates of Madison (DHA), a trusted, doctor-owned practice with over 55 years of service to the Madison community, is seeking an Orthodontic Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. In this role, you'll be part of a locally led organization that values teamwork, exceptional patient care, and your professional growth. Position Overview

As a Patient Coordinator at Dental Health Associates (DHA), you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. You'll play a key role in managing front desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that every patient has a positive and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll support our dental team and help maintain the smooth operation of our busy clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
  • Handle front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow efficiently.
  • Verify insurance coverage, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and professionally address billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless communication and outstanding patient care.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing office supplies, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions

This in-person position rotates between our Fitchburg Clinic and Gammon Clinic, offering convenient daytime hours and the chance to work alongside a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional patient care.
