Associate Dentist Position: Dental Healing Arts | Juno Beach, Florida
Company Description:
Dental Healing Arts, led by Dr. Ilona Fotek, is a modern, fee for service, patient-centered dental practice in Jupiter, FL with a new location opening in Juno Beach. The practice is built on the belief that exceptional dentistry lives at the intersection of clinical precision, whole-person health, and aesthetic judgment.
Role Description:
The Associate Dentist is responsible for providing comprehensive general dental care within established clinical systems and protocols at our new Juno Beach office. This role includes diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of restorative, preventive, and maintenance care, with attention to long-term outcomes and continuity of care. This position works collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow, clear communication, and a high standard of care. Strong patient communication skills and ethical decision-making are essential, as is the ability to present treatment plans clearly and thoughtfully. This role requires clinical confidence, consistency, and sound judgment. The Associate Dentist is expected to manage cases independently while knowing when to collaborate or refer within the practice. Comfort with comprehensive dentistry is essential; experience or interest in holistic or integrative approaches and aesthetic dentistry is considered a plus but not required.
