RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the dentist chairside efficiently during a variety of procedures
- Take accurate digital X-rays and intraoral images
- Prepare, disinfect, and break down the operatories promptly
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
- Anticipate the doctor's needs to ensure smooth, productive appointments
- Ensure instruments and materials are ready for each procedure
- Deliver a professional and positive patient experience
- Support front/back office workflow as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active California RDA license (required)
- X-ray certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take direction and follow office protocols
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
