What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between the doctor and the patient, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Welcome new patients and guide them through every step of their treatment journey.
- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans with the clinical team.
- Present treatment plans and financial options with confidence while educating patients and answering questions.
- Prepare financial arrangements and payment plans.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and encourage case acceptance.
- Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and assist with insurance-related questions.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Greet and check in patients while creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support daily office operations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of dental office experience required.
- Previous Treatment Coordinator or Front Desk experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, treatment planning, and dental insurance.
- Experience delivering financial presentations and discussing payment options with patients.
- Open Dental experience required.
- Invisalign experience preferred.
- Knowledge of PPO insurance, insurance verification, claims, and billing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Excel.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative office culture.
