Your Impact

• Day to Day Operations
• Provide chair-side assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Take and record patient’s medical and dental histories and vital signs, blood pressure & pulse in company EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation including medical history, medical alerts, and signed consent forms in company EMR.
• Periodically review usage and provide feedback on performance of EMR system.
• Document/chart all dental procedures performed during each patient visit per Dentist’s instructions and legal requirements.
• Patient Service and Engagement
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.
