The Role : Dental Dreams in New Bedford, MA is now hiring BilingualReceptionists to join our team. This position will be focused on scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing excellent customer service. We are currently hiring for part-time with potential for full time hours in the near future. The ideal candidate will be bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese speaking, with great customer service skills and Afternoon/Saturday availability.

- Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals
- Answer phones and confirm appointments
- Greet and check in patients
- Accurately verify dental benefits
- Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
- Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
- Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
- Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment
- Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
- Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese
- Customer Service experience
- Dental Receptionist experience (Preferred)
- Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft (Preferred)
- Full Time Availability (Rotating Saturday shifts)
Salary : $16 - $18
