Position Summary

Education: Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2 plus years of experience in dental office, medical office, or leadership position. Certifications & Licenses:
Computer Skills: Must demonstrate knowledge of office administration, management, technology and systems. Must be proficient in Eaglesoft software and Microsoft Excel.
Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, proof of valid vehicle insurance and must have annual Motor Vehicle Record Check, as a condition of employment if employee operates any Company owned vehicles or drives their own personal vehicle for Company business purposes.

- Responsible for ensuring the business office staff is trained according to Dental Depot's job descriptions and ensure understanding of correct Dental Depot protocol.
- Makes sure that patient care is the number one initiative in all business office processes and systems are implemented.
- Confers with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.
- Coordinates training schedule with the hiring and training demands.
- Oversees new employee orientation program.
- Formulates teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
- Helps develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
- Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.
- Collaborates with clinical staff, management, executive team to identify company training needs.
- Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
- Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
- Makes suggestions on improving work procedures.
- Maintains and ensures LMS is up-to-date.
- Develops strong relationships with internal customers to develop course materials and receive feedback.
- Monitors in office training modules for completion and accountability.
- Assist in research and development in areas pertaining to front office
- Communicates effectively, courteously, and professionally with clinical staff and administrative staff.
- Effectively reports all issues and concerns to the Co-CEO/COO
- Maintains a pleasant and professional attitude, always setting the example for other employees to follow.
- Complies with: Dental Depot policies and procedures; OSHA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; and HIPAA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Position may be required to relocate to other Dental Depot clinics either permanently or on a short term basis due to office needs, on an as needed basis at the discretion of Management.
- This position may complete other Administrative and Maintenance tasks as assigned by Management.
