This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency of our hygiene department, enhancing patient satisfaction, and maintaining adherence to hygiene treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize hygiene appointment scheduling to maximize patient flow and provider productivity.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene treatment protocols and practice standards.
• Coordinate patient education efforts to promote oral health and increase treatment acceptance.
• Support the hygiene department in achieving performance goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the practice management team to attract new patients and promote services.
• Maintain a patient-centric environment focused on satisfaction and quality care.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as hygiene production, case acceptance rates, appointment cancellations, and reappointment rates.
