Registered Dental Hygienist — Full Time, 4 Days/Week

About the Position
Established private dental practice in Asheville is looking for a friendly, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team for a long-term position.
We are a small, well-established general dentistry practice with a stable patient base and experienced staff. We value high-quality clinical care and providing patients with a comfortable, friendly, and positive experience.
This is a four-day-per-week position with a predictable Monday–Thursday schedule and no evenings or weekends.
Schedule & Benefits
- $50/hour
- Four-day workweek, Monday–Thursday
- Three of our clinical days are approximately 7 working hours, but employees are paid for a full 8-hour day
- One-hour appointments for most adult preventive hygiene visits
- Established hygiene schedule and patient base
- Paid holidays (7 days), vacation (8 days), and sick leave (7 days)
- SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match after one year of employment
- No evenings or weekends

Responsibilities
- Adult and pediatric preventive hygiene
- Periodontal maintenance and non-surgical periodontal therapy
- Digital radiographs
- Clinical charting and documentation
- Patient education and home-care instruction
- Collaboration with the dentist and clinical team
- Maintaining appropriate infection-control standards
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Experience preferred, but we are open to the right candidate at any stage of their career
