Dental Center of North Iowa is growing our team! With three established locations serving communities across North Iowa, we're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Mason City practice.

The Position
Location: Mason City, Iowa (no travel between locations required)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time | Four-Day Workweek
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play an important role in helping our patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health while building lasting relationships with the families we serve.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
- Assess patients' oral health, including periodontal evaluations and documentation of clinical findings.
- Capture diagnostic radiographs as appropriate.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with dentists and fellow team members to provide a positive, efficient patient experience.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow established infection control and safety protocols.
- Help create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Current Iowa Registered Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach with attention to detail.
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
