What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dental Hygienist position at Dental Care of Rosewood?
✨ We’re looking for our next STAR Hygienist to join us in January 2027! ✨
Hi! We’re Dental Care of Rosewood, and we’re looking for an amazing Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! Our beloved hygienist is moving back to her hometown, and while we’re very sad to see her go, we’re excited to welcome someone new to our dental family.
We’re a privately owned practice, with our owner also being our practicing provider. We’re looking for more than just someone to fill a position—we want someone who genuinely cares about their patients, enjoys building relationships, and wants to feel valued and supported at work.
We’re a close-knit, patient-focused team that values positivity, teamwork, and great communication. We love building relationships with our patients and with each other, whether we’re in the office or enjoying one of our paid team outings!
We also love recognizing a job well done! Our hygiene team has the opportunity to earn a monthly hygiene bonus, along with a monthly fluoride incentive.
If you’re looking for an office where you can provide great patient care, have fun, and truly feel like part of the team, we’d love to meet you!
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is compassionate, dependable, and confident in their clinical skills—but also someone who brings a great attitude and personality to the office.
Our ideal hygienist loves educating patients and helping them understand their oral health, takes pride in providing excellent preventive care, and enjoys working alongside the doctors and the rest of the team.
We want someone who is looking for more than just another hygiene job. We’d love to find someone who wants to become a real part of our office, build relationships with our patients, grow with our team, and make Dental Care of Rosewood their dental home, too.
If that sounds like you, we would genuinely love to meet you!
