We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our dental team. We are a very small general dentistry practice, focusing on individualized patient care and education, not volume. We also offer mobile dentistry services as well as treatments for snoring and sleep apnea. The Dental Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining smooth clinic operations while providing compassionate patient support.DutiesServe as clinical dental assistantTravel to our mobile dentistry sites and satellite locations. Prepare and bring all necessary instruments and materials to mobile dentistry sites.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of dental chair experience, with knowledge of general dentistry proceduresExpanded Duty Dental Assistant (or equivalent)Ability to perform digital X-ray procedures accurately while maintaining safety standardsFamiliarity with oral scanners and ability to take fast and efficient oral scans are highly desired, but not requiredFamiliarity with dental software systemsStrong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology relevant to dentistryExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, especially elderlyKnowledge of HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniquesHave a valid driver's license, be willing to drive and have reliable transportation.Be able and willing to lift boxes (up to 10lb)Company DescriptionWe are a very small general dentistry practice, focusing on individualized patient care and education, not volume.
