Dental Arts of South Jersey is looking for Dental Hygiene students and recent graduates to join our Dental Hygiene Pathway Program throughout our offices in New Jersey .
This program is designed for current Dental Hygiene students and recent graduates who are preparing for boards, waiting on licensure, or looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive clinical environment.
As part of the Dental Hygiene Pathway Program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced hygienists, doctors, office managers, and clinical teams while building confidence and preparing for a successful long-term career with Dental Care Alliance .

- Transition into a Dental Hygienist role after successful completion of licensure requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Dental Hygiene program or recently graduated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Local anesthesia certification preferred upon licensure
- Must be planning to obtain licensure in New Jersey

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
- License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
