Dental Care Alliance is seeking an exceptional Dental Director to drive clinical excellence and operational success across our practices in TX, AZ, AR, TN, and CO. What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to doctor teams across five states
• Drive practice performance through coaching, development, and accountability
• Lead onboarding, training, and career development initiatives
• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen clinical and financial outcomes
• Review KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance standards while fostering a culture of growth and excellence
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Licensed dentist with proven practice management experience (P&L ownership, DSO leadership strongly preferred)
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze metrics and drive results
• Natural mentor who builds positive, productive relationships
• Excellent organizational skills to balance clinical and leadership responsibilities
• Experience collaborating effectively with operations and cross-functional teams
  
  

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $150k
• Performance Bonus: 20-30%
• Schedule: 2 days/week dedicated to DD duties | 1 week/month travel

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited Dental School
• Active Dental License in the state of practice
