Dental Associates of North AL Decatur & Children's is seeking a full-time Ortho/Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental assistant looking to expand their skills in both general dentistry and orthodontics.

Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in an orthodontic setting
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during dental and orthodontic procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Take dental records, X-rays, and impressions as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Provide exceptional patient care and support
