We're a warm, community-oriented Northern Rhode Island dental practice looking for a compassionate, dependable full time Dental Assistant to join our practice. What You'll Do:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for each appointment
- Take digital radiographs, assist with treatment scans and handle other clinical tasks as needed
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with the dental team
- Support the clinical team in keeping the schedule running efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Dental assisting experience in a general dentistry practice
- Current Rhode Island Dental Assistant qualifications, including radiography
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail
- A caring, patient-focused approach and commitment to providing outstanding service
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus!
