Job Title: Detailer Lead
Location: Egan, MN
Job Description
We're looking for a Lead Detailer to join our team! You'll be the go-to person at the work location, ensuring quality control for all services and creating work orders/invoices for all technicians. You'll also coach and mentor other technicians. Your main job is to clean and refurbish vehicles to meet our high standards, both inside and out, making sure each car looks pristine.

We're looking for a Lead Detailer to join our team! You'll be the go-to person at the work location, ensuring quality control for all services and creating work orders/invoices for all technicians. You'll also coach and mentor other technicians. Your main job is to clean and refurbish vehicles to meet our high standards, both inside and out, making sure each car looks pristine.
What You'll Do
- Clean, wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and floor mats.
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and chrome accessories.
- Apply protective finishes for a long-lasting shine and protection.
- Inspect vehicles for any defects or areas needing attention.
- Use the right cleaning products and tools for each task, keeping safety and quality in mind.
- Keep the detailing workspace clean and organized.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
- Report any damage or issues to Management immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred, but not required.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina for manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Ability to perform simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
- Work in ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, or outdoors.
- Ability to operate various detailing equipment and tools.
