The Role
Most people don't know their car has hail damage. Most who do have no idea what to do next. Your job is to change that, one doorstep at a time.
As a Service Coordinator at DMG, you are a field sales closer. You build trust fast, guide people through a process they've often never seen before, overcome skepticism if it arises, and ask for the commitment before you leave. You own your pipeline, manage your day, and produce results that are measurable, and repeatable.
This is a commission-heavy role built for someone who wants to control their income. The base keeps the lights on. Commission is where careers are built. The ceiling is yours to set!
What You'll Do
- Build and work your pipeline daily. Using DMG's lead tools, you'll filter and prioritize your list, prior contacts, estimates in progress, identified hail-damaged vehicles, and build a daily plan to connect. Your pipeline is your business. Manage it like one.
- Get in the field, every day that counts. Prime time is 3-8pm. You'll knock 25-30 doors a day, five days a week minimum.
- Navigate the skepticism. D2D can get skeptical responses. Represent DMG with integrity, and help clients understand why choosing us is the obvious call.
- File the claim and see it through. Once a client says yes, you stay involved: confirm coverage, file the claim, walk through the repair authorization, and coordinate handoff to operations for rental and shop scheduling. You own the client relationship until the car is on site.
- Follow up relentlessly. Clients who don't close on the first visit aren't lost. Maintain follow-up contact, track every prospect, and know at any moment what's in your funnel and what needs to move.
- Communicate consistently. Your manager needs to know what you're seeing in the field: objections, insurance friction, what's working. You're autonomous out there but you are not alone, management is here to help you be successful.

- You're motivated to produce. Whether it's the scoreboard, the commission, or something personal, you need to be motivated and hungry!
Schedule
You set your schedule within guardrails. Prime field hours are 3-8pm, minimum five days per week. Activity and production are both tracked and visible.
Tools
DMG provides lead identification software, a CRM for pipeline tracking, digital authorization tools, and insurance claim support. You'll be trained on all of it. Tech comfort is required; you'll use these tools in the field, in real time, with a client in front of you.
