The Customer Gets a Simple Deal

When we find a qualified customer, we make the process as easy as possible:

• The customer pays nothing toward their comprehensive deductible — we cover it.
• Their insurance pays for the covered repair.
• We handle communication with the insurance company.
• If they don't have rental coverage, we provide one of our 80 company-owned rentals at no cost.
• We pick up their damaged vehicle and return it when repairs are complete.

In the end, the goal is for the customer to pay nothing and receive a quality repair.

You find the customer. We handle the headache. You get paid.

The Opportunity

• $400/week base pay
• Uncapped commission
• ~$1,000 average commission per sale
• $85,000 average annual income
• $100K is achievable for consistent, intentional producers
• Top performers earn $250K

One customer doesn't necessarily mean one sale — multiple vehicles, referrals, and future hail storms can turn a single customer into a long-term source of business.
