Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
- Install heating and air conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Residential HVAC installation experience (lead installation experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and installation best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
