Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and customers with automotive parts lookup, quoting, and sales
- Process parts requests and repair orders using dealership DMS
- Parts and customer pick up and delivery when needed.
- Serve as a Quick Service Advisor for oil changes, tire rotations, filters, alignments, and maintenance services
- Check in customers, write service repair orders, and review completed work
- Recommend maintenance services and dealership service specials
- Communicate effectively with technicians, parts manager and service management
- Support both departments during peak hours and staffing needs
- Automotive dealership experience in Parts Counter, Service Advisor, or Quick Service preferred but not required
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of vehicles, parts, or maintenance services preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive service environment
- Hourly pay with commission
