Responsibilities

- Handle cash management and POS transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including bar areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or as an assistant manager in a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail.
