Role Description The Journeyman Plumber role is a full-time, on-site position based in San Rafael, CA.
Must have 5 years in the plumbing trade.
Must be adept at new construction.
Most of our work is contractual, not service calls. Salary DOE.

Qualifications
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism on-site, and respectful interaction with clients.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification as required by California regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
- Physical ability to perform plumbing work, including lifting, bending, working in confined spaces, and using hand and power tools safely.
- Clean driving record
- Prior experience in new construction for residential plumbing.
