Dennis K. Burke Inc. (DKB) has an opening for a Territory Manager within our Lubricants division. This role will be responsible for covering the State of New Hampshire. The primary function of this role is to provide first class service to our existing customers while working to develop relationships with new customers within the territory.

Position Summary
The Lubricants Territory Manager role is to develop relationships with new customers while providing technical support and first-class service to existing customers within the territory. The Lubricants Territory Manager will represent the company in a professional manner at all times, while abiding by all company policies and regulations, including all applicable safety rules and procedures. Must possess a valid drivers license, with a clean driving record.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a professional level of continuous contact with customers ensuring development of successful relationships
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant customer information and provide technical assistance to improve customer operations
- Expand the territory through prospecting and customer relationship management.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline by brand and industry
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of various DKB and partner solutions and demonstrate how they provide value to customers and prospects
- Explain company policies and procedures (warranty information, collections policy, return goods policy, etc.)
- Address and resolve customer issues and requirements in a timely manner
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
- Maintains confidentiality of company, client, and vendor information.
- Other duties as required
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role
- Prior lubricant experience is a plus but is not required.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate business strategy to customers
- Experience with CRM tools preferred
- Computer proficiency and software skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of the organization as well as all external customers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment with quick turn-around
Physical Requirements and responsibilities:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Able to bend, stand, walk, sit, drive for long periods of time
- Occasionally required to travel
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and requires travel to customers in various environmental settings (indoors, outdoors, manufacturing, garages, etc.). This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers
