Clifton Park CJDR is seeking a seasoned Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager. The Automotive F&I Manager is responsible for managing the dealership’s finance and insurance process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role works directly with customers, lenders, and dealership management to secure financing, present protection products, ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, and maximize profitability within the finance department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Present and finalize financing and protection product options for customers
- Secure approvals and funding through lender relationships
- Ensure all deal documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable laws/regulations
- Work closely with sales management to support deal structure and customer satisfaction
- Monitor contracts in transit and resolve funding issues as needed
- Achieve finance product penetration and profitability goals
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
Qualification requirements include:
- 5 years of automotive F&I experience
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and dealership systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Proven ability to build rapport and close transactions professionally
- Experience with CDK & Darwin Required
