Position Overview

Denneen & Company is seeking a full-time Consultant to join our team. The position will be based in our Boston office. The Consultant will play a critical role across client engagements, including developing scopes of work, leading unique project workstreams, conducting primary and secondary research, performing deep analysis, and developing and presenting content to clients. The Consultant will also play an important part in supporting internal firm priorities by developing and executing key strategic and operational initiatives, all of which will have a direct impact on achieving the firm’s annual growth goals.

Role Responsibilities

·        Project delivery – accountable for the deliverables within each of the projects and workstreams to which they are assigned within the allocated budget

·        Client relationships – augment existing while developing and fostering new client relationships

·        Third-party relationship management – manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to support research and other needs beyond the firm’s core capabilities

·        New business – support new business development efforts including presenting capabilities, developing proposals, and contributing to the health of the pipeline

Qualifications

·        MBA or relevant graduate degree

·        Experience leading projects or workstreams in a client-facing management consulting role, with a preference for a strategy consulting background

·        Demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills, preferably related to private equity and/or M&A project work

·        Proficiency in developing and directing primary and secondary research and analysis
