We have an IIMMEDIATE OPENING for an individual living within 25 miles of Quincy, IL, with minimum 2Year Associates degree as well as Quickbooks Accounts Receivable , and Excel Experiencel
Our Company is a Quincy Based 34-Year-Old Industry Leading Supplier of Disposable and Reusable PPE Lab Coats. The PPE we Manufacturer is used to protect employees working in “Incidental Splash” Non-Surgical Bloodborne Applications such as Dental and Medical Labs...both mandated by OSHA.....We ship PPE to all 50 States, and do business with accounts such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, University of Michigan, University of Missouri, University of Wisconsin, Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis, and ARUP Laboratory. We maintain an inventory of some 80,,000 coats, with most orders shipping within 2 days After Receipt of Order.

Quickbooks Enterprise- Manufacturing & Wholesale Version (Allows Tiered Pricing)
Accounts Receivable Specialist will have the following primary responsibilities:
Ø Maintain Sell Price Database by Product and Customer Type
Ø Invoice Customers...Post Check, Credit Card, ACH Payments and Credits
Ø Follow-Up on Past Due Payments
Ø Monthly A/R Trail Balance
Ø Keep updated Electronic and/or Physical Order/Invoice Files to Meet Tax Laws
Ø Create Sales Reports using Excel Database containing Customer, Sales and Product Information
Ø Sales Tax Reporting
Ø Office Supply Ordering
The person we hire will have the following Background of Experience:
> Minimum 2 Year Associates Degree, with emphasis on Math, Accounting and Computers.
> Experience with Quickbooks Order Entry, Invoicing and Posting Payments.
> Experience using Quickbooks to develop Sales Reports
> Experience using Excel to load Products and Prices into QuickBooks
> Proficient using MS Office (Word) to create letters, and Outlook for E-Mails.
Full Time Hourly Position 40 Hours Weekly, 8-5 M-F (No Overtime)
Office Location 301 Oak Street, Quincy, IL
Wages- Hourly Rate $20.00 to $23.00 depending on Experience.
