Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Arrange international and domestic travel logistics
- Prepare materials and organize logistics for meetings
- Handle document management and confidential information
- Submit and track expense reports accurately
- Prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and executives
