Job Description

• MedCadre (Denken Solutions) is hiring experienced Healthcare Recruiters ready to operate at a higher level with full control over their earnings.
• This is a performance-driven model built for recruiters who can consistently generate placements and scale.
  
  

Compensation

• 50% of Gross Margin on Travel & Contract placements.
• 20% of Placement Fee on Full-Time roles.
• Uncapped earnings with monthly payouts.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and place travel nurses and allied clinicians.
• Submit into MSP/VMS programs and manage your pipeline.
• Drive placements, starts, and redeployments.
  
  

What We Provide

• Active jobs across top MSP programs.
• ATS (JobDiva), tools, and full operational support.
• Payroll, compliance, and credentialing handled internally.

• Experienced healthcare recruiters (travel / MSP preferred).
