Job Description
- Work with payroll data while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Process manual check requests and support payroll operations through Client systems.
- Communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve payroll issues.
- Perform auditing tasks related to payroll accuracy.
- Maintain strong typing speed (40 WPM) and proficiency with a 10-key calculator.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Access (data entry focus).
- Payroll experience preferred, but not required—training will be provided.
- High energy, dependable, quick learner, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
