What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Designer position at Denken Solutions Inc?
Contract: 6 Months
- Mechanical Designer with 5–10 years of experience in P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) development.
- Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining P&IDs for industrial processes.
- Ensures safe and efficient operation of complex systems through accurate design documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update P&IDs using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, process engineers, and stakeholders to meet design specifications.
- Prepare detailed P&ID documentation including equipment symbols, instrumentation, piping layouts, and control loops.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in selecting piping materials, valves, instruments, and related components.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related field
Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
