IT Financial Analyst III

Hybrid role - 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote

Job Description:

• Will this role be onsite, remote, or hybrid? Hybrid, Mon, Wed, Thurs office, Tues/Friday WFH. 
• What will the work schedule be? 40 hour work week; 9-5pm PST.
• What is the expected contract duration? 3 month contract to start, with possible extend and conversion based on performance, budget, and business need.
• Will overtime be expected for this role? Some OT during close.
• Will business travel be required? No business travel required.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense, headcount and capital management, forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close and management reporting.
• Consolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
• Conduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performance.
• Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners.
• Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases.

Skills:

• Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different functions, managing aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills are a must
• Team focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle Cloud, Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications.

Education:ex

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• MBA preferred but not required.
