We're seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
- Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Schedule account review appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills and problem-solving abilities.
