DENIOS is seeking a hands-on and organized Maintenance Coordinator to support the reliability and safety of our manufacturing facility, production equipment, and building systems.
This position coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, manages contractors, maintains spare-parts inventory, and performs minor repairs when appropriate. The Maintenance Coordinator works closely with Operations, Engineering, EH&S, and Purchasing to minimize downtime and maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
- Prioritize maintenance requests based on operational needs.
- Schedule repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Track work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with qualified contractors.
- Obtain estimates, schedule contractors, and verify completed work.
- Maintain maintenance supplies and critical spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate inspections of safety equipment.
- Support OSHA compliance and company safety procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Assist with facility improvement and continuous improvement projects.

- Fiber laser cutting equipment
- Press brakes and welding equipment
- Air compressors and dust collection systems
- HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems
- Overhead doors and dock equipment
- Building structure and grounds
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least three years of maintenance or facilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Experience coordinating maintenance work or outside contractors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical training.
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Forklift certification.
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
