We’re looking for a stylist with at least two years of experience behind the chair — someone confident in their craft, curious about growth, and allergic to ego. We run the business transparently, respect your time, and celebrate consistency (including performance bonuses for stylists who bringing their own clientele and show 70% booking for six months).

Responsibilities
- Deliver thoughtful, tailored hair services — cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments — with the kind of precision that makes clients think you have a sixth sense.
- Use our salon software to keep appointments, notes, and retail sales organized (we love good systems almost as much as good hair).
- Offer honest, expert consultations rooted in color theory, hair health, and realistic expectations — no smoke, no mirrors.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace that would make the State Board proud and your future self grateful.
- Jump in at the front desk when needed: greet clients, help create an amazing experience.
- Support newer stylists by sharing techniques and best practices — no gatekeeping, no ego, just craft.
- Recommend retail products that genuinely support your client’s hair goals, not because someone told you to “push product.”
- Complete ongoing education and advanced training as part of our commitment to growth and elevated service
