Denim & Frills is a children's resale boutique. We've been open for 26 years and have mastered the art of resale clothing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting the right products
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and displays
