Coffee Canning Line Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Canning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety practices, particularly in relation to canning beverage production, and will be responsible for overseeing various processes within our warehouse environment.

Duties

• Monitor and implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols to ensure food safety throughout production.
• Maintain compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to uphold product quality.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment to facilitate efficient movement of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food industry regulations and best practices, particularly related to craft beer.
• Knowledge of HACCP and CGMP principles is essential for maintaining product integrity.
• Mechanical knowledge is preferred for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
• Experience with fabrication processes in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and warehouse operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Schedule:
